I just finished watching it and wow. The movie is amazing, probably the best Rocky Movie. The Picture is also amazing, Infact I have black hawk down on blu ray as well and in my opinion it even looks better than Black hawk down. Black Hawk down looked very good but I was very disappointed with the Widescreen format it comes in, i hate movies with the black bars on top and bottom, Rocky Balboa doesnt have that because its filmed in 1:85:1 ratio. Bottom line is, if you dont have Rocky Balboa on blu ray.. Its a definite must buy!!
i asked my dad to buy me that 2 weeks ago and he said that movie is bad!!! he hasn't even watched it yet, argh i knew i shouldn't of trusted him!ddldave
oh dude trust me. Its awesome! The Best Rocky. If not the best then definitly just as good as the first 2!
I got i for dvd and I dont think I see a point in getting it for blu ray.
Since I dont have a hi defnition tv. I just dont think that there will be too much of a difference anyway..
I have taledega nights and it looks no different on dvd.. so why pay more money

Well that's pretty obvious that it would look no different, since you don't have HDTV. If you don't have an HDTV and buy Blu-Ray, then you are just wasting your money
I was going to buy this but opted for Happy and The Prestige at the time. I know I will pick this up either next week or the week after. I am just waiting for more money to free up. I am happy with all my movies though - The Departed, Casino Royale, Happy Feet, and The Prestige.
