Sup guy's, so i was thinking about getting Just Cause 2, i here it's pretty decent but has crappy aiming issues and game-play If you played it, please tell me, it's re-playability, repetitiveness, plat difficulty and overall game hours, game-play time! + Anything else you guy's know about it! Well, it's a giant game world with lots to do, but can get repetitive. You just destroy things (usually government/military property), collect items for upgrading and you get paid for missions and anarchy (outside of missions) It's pretty much a fun game that doesn't take itself seriously. Like a B comedy action flick. But yeah, it'll take a long time to complete "everything".
Fun game... try using the grapling hook to lash yourself to the top of a tank of propane, then shoot the propane tank while you're on it... Instant elevator to the 150th floor!

The story is forgettable almost instantly, but it's a lot of fun to unload an HK-5 into some fool banana republic stooges, blow some **** up, blow MORE **** up, shoot a few more DBs... ride ontop of a car shooting civilians on the move... It's everything you like about GTA without the depth. Essentially.
It is my favorite open world game right now. There is lots to do on this 400 square mile island nation. The gameplay has its issues but it wasnt a big deal to me. The goal of the game is to cause chaos. I still have yet to complete the story but I like the action more than the story. Like these other guys said, check out reviews or download the demo off PSN and you can see for yourself.
Well the gameplay is great on PC, probably same on console. Graphics is the only difference, anyway i got bored of the parachute and changed it so he can fly :P
i love the game, and it's HUGE. Remember that. But the controls are smooth, and everthing is good. Story is short and bland, but once you beat the story, you can basically do what you've been doing, explore blow-up stuff and do side missions. They call it 'mercanry mode'

It's not the greastest game ever "BUT" it's one of the best sandbox games out....the aiming is just like any other 3rd person shooter(solid).
I played it a couple of months back (and managed to get the platinum trophy), it's still quite playable after you've finished the main story mode, if you want to collect every possible item and complete all of the challenges and takeover all of the bases then you can. I thought the hardest difficulty setting was a challenge when you first start playing, but once you earn money and get some decent weapons then it's at all bad. It's SO much fun though, more fun than I had playing GTA4 or Saints Row 2.
