i dont have infamous and i was debating between these two games before i got prototype, so will i wanna get infamous after im done with prototype?

Hell yes. IMO inFamous is better than Prototype.

I honestly feel sorry for you. Of all the sandbox games out this gen, you decide to get the worst one...BY FAR.

I hated Prototype. Stupidest game I've ever played

For me, inFamous is a little better than Prototype. I'm still enjoying Prototype alot though. Both games have things the other lacks.
You should definately still pick up inFamous if it interests you.

Newsflash: I own both games, too. If you look at the reviews for both from numerous sources you'll see that inFamous scored better than Prototype. They're so different they shouldn't need to be compared, but popular opinion suggests inFamous is the better game.

Prototype is garbage to the max. I'd definately pick up infamous.

I found both games to be quite good. It's just that to me inFAMOUS was better. Becasue it had more depth and the story was more fleshed out. While, Prototype to me is the type of game that you play once in a while just to enjoy running around a city and causing havoc.

prototype is good if all you like is blood and gore everywhere...because thats all it really has...not saying anything is wrong with that but infamous is only rated teen and prototype is mature...so obviously its going to be more violent...if all u want is to cut ur enemies in half and if a game doesnt have that much blood get prototype and stay with prototype...but if you like other types of things in games than after you beat prototype and need another game to play yes pick up infamous...

Infamous is definitely a good game, so don't hesitate! Just one thing, be sure you play another kind of game (not an open world game) before, so you won't be bored!

Excellent statement. This is exactly how I feel. I borrowed infamous and bought Protoype for $40, so I'm not complaining. I like Protoype, but the story doesn't motivate me much. The destruction is some of the best and jumping around the city without touching the ground is quite exhilarating. When I played Infamous, I felt more drawn to the story and the game mechanics. I'm the type who likes to collect trinkets and stuff, so Infamous is great for that. Also, the platforming is some of the best because of the way Cole moves. I would say get infamous if it drops in price.

i think InFamous is a good, but rent and see if you will like it or not.
