Just how repetitive is Red Dead Redemption?

I've heard many mixed things about this game, It's Awesome there's so much to do! It's so boring you do the same thing every mission! And so on and so forth.

But for those who HAVE played it, how repetitive is it?

this, i just play the co-op online now, even though some of the online teammates are really terrible

i still haven't finished the story lol

The story can be a bit repetitive but the game's really fun, it's a great game and definitely worth checking out.

I too got a bit bored & have not finished it yet. I'm gonna keep hold of the game though and go for a mosey every now & then

The missions mostly involve shooting stuff, so I can so if see if somebody could find that repetetive. RDR is still an amazing game. It does a much better job at everything GTA4 tried to do.

It's very repetitive. It's a good game, but even the story missions get repetitive. I'm usually one to try for most trophies, but after I got the real ending I was done. Most likely will not go back either.

It's not really repetitive - there actually is a lot to do.

I just found it hard to have enough of an attention span to do them, so I ended up playing through the story only.

the only part i found repetative was the flower picking, but its not mandatory

I loved it and put it as a major GOTY candidate after finishing the story, after that I started trophy hunting and the magic started to wear off.
