As some of you may not know Sony are suing Kodak for around $12billion due to breach Patients and stealing/copying ideas for digital cameras when they were 1st out, they have been said they are sure to win. which that money they should spend it on us for glitching our playstations :P

No sorry on google there are some things about it, one of my freinds at university had a guest lecture who was the head patient laywer for sony and thats what he said. But the stories online aren't giving out amounts

I looked it up. It turns out that Kodak filed a lawsuit against Sony in 2004 alleging infringements against some of their patents. In response, Sony filed a lawsuit against Kodak alleging that they were infringing on some of Sony's patents. In January of 2007, both companies settled the dispute by coming up with a cross-licensing agreement.

I hate to correct you, but that's incorrect. As stated in my previous post, Sony filed a lawsuit against Kodak in 2004 after Kodak filed their lawsuit, but both companies came to an agreement in 2007. There are no remaining lawsuits between the companies.
