Keep PS3 or move on?

I love my PS3, but i am all in for my new PS4 when it finally comes out and it will eventually offer PS3 games to play via the Gaiki Cloud. I can trade in my PS3 for decent cash now and just wait to play games i miss out on like GTA5, Grand Tourismo and The Puppeteer. If i wait too long, then the PS3 wont be worth as much and i might as well keep it at that point. So, should i just unload now, or just forget about it. What are you guys going to do?

Im keeping my ps3 and getting a ps4 on day one. I have a ton of games that I have to still beat.

Also the ps4 can't play ps3 games so how will I be able to play games like GTA 5, beyond two souls, gran turismo 6, splinter cell, etc. Im not even sure though games will even be avaiable on ps4.

The question for you is.. Do you have alot of ps3 games you still need to finish? Do you have the money for ps4 without trading in the ps3?

When the ps4 comes out, the ps3 doesn't become obsolete.

I honestly don't feel I need to upgrade to the PS4 right away. I'm still enjoying my PS3. After the Xbox 360 fiasco, I will wait and see how the hardware holds up before I invest in a new system. I'm still playing around in the world of Rapture and I will eventually pickup Bioshock Infinite. Long story short. I'm in no hurry.

I'll be keeping my PS3, regardless of when I get the PS4. There are so many games I enjoy playing on it, and I'm simply not willing to get rid of them.

I never sell my videogame console and games. Only when I have too. But I always end up rebuying them. 

But if you want to sell your PS3 and Games do it. You will not get much for it Right now. Never mind later.

I'm getting the PS4 and I'm keeping my PS3. I still have a lot of games to play on it and having an extra BluRay player is always good.DOADS87

So true. Think about it. They wont give you much for your ps3 and games. Even basic blue ray players retail for like 60 and up to 100.

Gamestop probably won't even give that much in trade in value. I rather keep it as a blue ray player even if I never plan on playing it. Which I do.

If you only like to play multiplayer, than sell your PS3! If not, keep it!

Keeping my 2 PS3s and I've pre ordered 2 PS4s. 

I guess im keeping it then. It certainly speaks to the strength of the PS3 in its 7th year on the market. It is still a relevent system and apparrently will continue to be for some time to come.

Imagine all the games you missed out on for ps3, im sure there a few.

Those titles will be dirt cheap in the future. Imagine a day when ps3 games will be like 5-10 dollars.

Why not keep it? I still have a perfect ps2 with a library of games for it. I plan on keeping the ps3 with a huge library of game for it. Will do the same with ps4.

I'm thinking I'm going to put it on Craig's List when the PS4 comes out. I've currently got about 40-50 good games to go with it and an extra controller. Figured I might put it up for about $400 when PS4 comes out and that'll give me money to buy games for the new console.

I still have my old PS2 and games with it, and the thing is that I never played it again after getting the PS3. I loved some of these PS3 games and will hate to see them go, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't play them again anyway.
