sounds like teh rocket launcher seen int eh recent demo has been upgraded! mainly the whole particle system, nows its looking alot more like the old old E3 trailer! basically thousands of more particals emitting from the rocket trail! im still reading it as its 3 pages!! they did a recent demo...showing how when your in the landing craft 1000's of feet in the air, they paused the game to move the camera in real time showing the city below you in full detail!! they said 'with this kinda technology is makes it simple for the transition of cutscenes into real time!!!!
killzone jsut keeps getting better and better and so does the PS3, HAZE exclusivity was always on the cards! FRD were just beating around the bush to keep everyone anticipating the title!!!
well, according to IGN they said the gameplay is good and feels natrual and we can finally rest on peace with that. Is the demo running at 30 fps with 720p or thats the whole game? It would be a shame if it was.
It looks like a lot of fun. It's great they let IGN get their hands on the game and try it out. The only thing that I'm concerned about is the whole game taking place on the planet Helghan. The dark, stormy environments could get repetitive. Aside from that, I'm very impressed. 30 frames a second I can deal with. Halo 3 couldn't manage 60 fps per second, so I can;t see how this game will. Just make it a rock solid 30 frames and I'll be content.
Im loving the reaction to being hit by fire, where if you shoot a helghast in the right arm he will toss back to the right. Not to mention the lighting, and the movement of the gun when you walk.

Thats why theres a weather machince to make it no tfeel like the same enviorment. THe weather will change in a heart beat. Youll be fighting in the dark but the helgast wont be able to see you so theyll get the sun out to make the battle more far. Its part of the gameplay/
