Guerrilla Games Says 'Killzone 2' Single-Player Campaign Will Be 10 Hours Long

During Sony's CES 2009 presentation, Guerrilla Games' developer Hermen Hulst spoke about Sony's upcoming blockbuster, revealing that the single-player campaign would be "an intense 10 hour" one.

... And I would consider 10 hours to be a let down. $60 for 10 hours?! So, I would basically have to buy another game two days later? I think I'll rent it, beat it, and move on to something that's actually worth my money.

Actually, that's why I didn't buy CoD either. I understand that some people may be into the online death match thing. But really, it's ust mind numbing chaos for me. So, campaign has to be something worthwhile in itself first. I wouldn't buy a game solely for online purposes at $60.

Not bad. Developers never include the time taken when you die and restart from a checkpoint so overall, it'll be more than 10 hours.Floppy_Jim

Developers usually inflate the length of games. I don't really care. I prefer a lot of short SP's, because I'm more likely to replay them.

10 hours isn't that bad. would be better if it's twice or three times longer(bluray needs a long long hours game)..... i dont think i can never get enough hours playing KZ2 cuz the way how good it looks.....and the online multiplayer will last for a while.
