Killzone 2 question. getting very frustrated.

I'm on the bridge level (can't remember the actual name). And the whole point is to advance. I can get to the part where the big walls go up, but there are just too many guys to contain. It also doesn't help that all my squadmates run into open fire constantly.

PLEASE HELP! What can I do?!

You take cover, and push. Take your time, don't rush through it. When in doubt take cover. I think it is the level I am thinking of

That is exactly what I've been doing. But WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE keep coming. I can't see how this would be even remotely possible on a harder difficulty lol.

Well I think you got move forward, or else they don't stop coming. I know there are times where you think you won't make it. But you have to run forward and push. But I am not 100% if the enemy will keep on respawning if you don't push. I just remember I never had trouble with and missions in KIllzone 2 except for the boss battle :(

yup push them. if u dont move forward they will keep coming back.

I beat it on elite :D

make em "scatta" with some grenades an fire at em from the hip, take cover, then repeat.

I wish it had co-op, but yeah, you just got to hang in there and push. They're tough buggers but you'll get through.

its kinda simple, all u have to do is push them. keep covering and shoot and move forward, cuz if u dont then they will keep coming., dont worry about ur team mates, if they close to u then heal the suckers if not then just keep going dont worry about then. i dounf out after a while they will just get up on their feet again, lazy buggers want u to do it. but me no i ignored them and they got up after i was half way through the bridge lol

step 1 leave that squad. start your own and invite higher level people. that level is tricky because there are 3 bridges to cross, and you can be easily sniped on all of them. the trick is to have different classes unlocked for this game. thats the whole point of killzone is the class system. people that bash it probably never played long enough to get off soldier class. on that level i personally use sniper and fall back to cover the bridges, but if i want to advance i go as the class that can pop spawn points, rush the bridge and try to pop smoke at the other side, hopefully more people will pop there and you can take over that spot, helping you advance.. another trick is to go as engineer, bet on the bridge and set up a turret. watch it close, wherever it is aiming, go the other way lol. also sabotour you can disguise yourself and run across.. or again sniper and camo, and move slowly across. or the other soldier class i forget the name, with rockets and grenade launcher, you get the boost ability and just high tail it across the bridge. also if you level up medic like crazy medic gets boost too, that helps.

LOL, i thought you were havin trouble at the bridge level online.... well that advice here still helps when you hop online haha

Thsi is what I did, I inched forward slowly and then killed them as I pushed up and when they lessened up I moved forward some more and always hid behind cover.
