Not really. I already have my games I like to play online (which I don't have much time to play anyway) Furthermore I would rather get together with my friends on game night and do some 4 player spit screen on Call of Duty or Halo. Plus I hear the campaign is short and I really didn't care for the aiming feel.

I remember playing Star Wars BF2 on PS2 in co-op with my brother back on PS2 with bots. We had so much fun with that game. I really want a next gen game that encompasses that same feeling but I have yet to find it.

I mean that game had 4 player splitt screen with alot bots. They should add bots to 4 player split screen games like the old days. stuff like this should be standard.
wow what a dumb reason not to own a epic game and dont give bs saying that it is not an epic game at least rent it the game is amazing not owning it because no co-op is just dumb. I dont even play it on line play on veteran and i bet you will log in some hours on campaign.
Lack of split screen multiplayer is the worst trend in gaming. Unfortunately the only way to get it is to complain and not-buy the game (like plenty of people did with Motorstorm). I bought Killzone 2 cause its a great game but it would be better with split screen. The dumbest part about no split screen for Killzone is they originally said that they took it out of the game to allow the game to progress without ever entering a load screen. However they then decided later instead to add load screens to prevent needing an install to the HDD to play the game. So now we have a game with load screens and no co-op. I am not 100% sure of this info however. It is just some stuff I have pasted together from the coverage of this game by X-Play leading up to the launch.

it was because of the graphics. having 4 perspectives would not been a good product. it was somthing like in an PS3fanboy interview.
