killzone 2? why all the hype?

just hit me....

i don't get itt....

killzone 1 was a massive failure...

killzone 2? why so much hype when 1 failed?

i can see the superior graphics and the detail.... but i just still don't understand....

some plz fill me in  

Fun gameplay impressions from the multiplayer beta testers. A lot of people liked elements of Killzone to begin with and saw some greater potential. This isn't our daddys' Killzone though .... GG is an internal Sony studio now. The expectations and stakes have been raised.

Killzone wasn't the greatest game in the world though I really liked it, it had some issues but it had some really cool things in it as well.

Everyone knows Killzone 2 looks amazing, but they're also fixing a lot of the issues people had with the first, they've got an insane budget and people in the beta have been raving about it so if you still don't understand why it's hyped then obviously your just looking for something to rant about.
