They aren't making KHIII as of now. It's a new story. A spin-off, if you will.
It would be cool and in an interivew that I read a while ago, someone from Square said that they would love to make a KH PSP. I don't know if they are still feeling the same way though after all the bashing the PSP recieves.
I know about the spin-off, but I do hope that SE will make KHIII. Although the 2nd one ended perfectly I think. I hope this spin off will be good. Keep this topic going!

Yes, I remember reading that too. It would be great if KH was on the PSP, but I agree with NinjaBlade753 about a possible problem of the lack of buttons and getting the camera control right.
