That's a secret video unlocked at the end of the Kingdom Hearts 2 by meeting various requirements. It actually references the PSP game, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Release date is TBD.

Kingdom Hearts 3 has not been announced, and certainly not been announced for any particular platforms.

You've been duped. That was the secret ending at the end of KH2 for Birth By Sleep, a prequel that's coming out for the PSP.

No one outside of SquareEnix knows anything about KH3, let alone what system it's gonna be one. Since nothing's announced, there's no reason for this thread to exist.
