Might be a hint might not be anyway I just wanted to point out the following:
In an interview with famitsu Kojima said:
"We're currently reviewing everything - from the team structure to tools and our staff - in order to make Kojima Productions a team that can challenge foreign creators and software houses. So, because of that, 2009 is going to be a very important year for us" and he added:
"I've thought a lot about how Western games have been winning, looking it from a global perspective, and there are things that I've noticed. So 2009 will be a year of change, a year where we start from zero again."
A quote from MGS4 said by
Big Boss
:
"Everything has its beginning but it doesn't start at one, it starts long before that, in chaos. The world is born from Zero. The moment Zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. 1 becomes 2, 2 becomes 10, 10 becomes 100. Taking it all back to 1 solves nothing. So long as Zeroremains, 1 will eventually grow to 100 again. And so our goal was to erase Zero. Even the mighty Patriots began with a single man, that one man's desires grew huge, bloated. Absorbed technology began to manipulate the economy, we realized too late that we had created a beast. We had helped turn Zero into 100, his sin was ours and for that reason I'm taking it upon myself to send Zero back to nothing."
The last time Kojima started from Zero was back in 1987 when he first introduced a hero called Solid Snake and a New World Order dubbed "The Patriots".
Now that Zero went back to nothing, a new Zero will be born. Do you think a sequel to MGS5 with a new hero is awaiting us? Fresh New.
Share your thoughts here guys.
