Anyone who says Blu-ray is not needed is wearing blinders. It's the same argument we heard when games went from cartridges to CD. Everyone was like CD 700mb! Holy crap we'll never need that. Who needs 700mb for just games?? Game developers always have to work within the limitations of a system. Blu-ray takes away one of those limitations.
Guys does anyone see my theory of acquiring R* on OCtober 12th as the big bang announcement?! Imagine Grand theft auto made for the PS3 exclusively, the bottle neck will be raised a lot!
Blu ray is so awesome my cat was telling the dog next door about PS3 and then the dog bit my cat so my cat shot a blu ray at the dogs face and killed it and then the blu ray still worked.
