Lair Gauranteed by Wednesday

Did someone not send circuit city or best buy the memo because there sunday ad says that lair is in stores wednesday, isnt it sept 4th now?

Yeah I just checked the papers....Best Buy said they will have it at 2pm on Wednesday and Target said they will have it on Thursday

actually best buy says that it excludes any delays by the manufacturer (small print at bottom)
