Okay, so I'm just going to put out I'm probably just being picky here.

The left trigger makes quite a lot of noise, rattle-like noise (although it is not loose). TThe right trigger makes noise but it's a very soft noise that sounds like how it should be.

Anybody else get this and do you think that it warrents getting replaced?

I notced it when I got it on my Vita as well as my friend's, it made the same noise as yours. Not sure what to make of it but it works fine so I can't be bothered by it

Glad Im not the only one. Just tried it again on my Vita. The left trigger makes quite a glad rattle noise when pressed near the top of the button, not quite as much near the far side of it.

I heard about it on another forum. It seems to be a common problem with the 3G ones.

Reckon they'll take mine back? It probably won't be that noticeable if they give it a couple of taps :/. If you have the forum where the discussion was can you send the link?

I dunno if they'll take it back over something so minor, call and ask. The thread is gone now, sorry.

Was playing my vita last night and the same thing occured, it sounds like a squecky floor creaking when you press down the left trigger. My buddy also had this problem right out of the box and he returned it to bestbuy and there was no problem with the return.

If it's squeaky like mine was, all you have to do is un-tighten the screw in the top left hand corner. Apparently Sony tightened some of the screws too much causing the Vita to squeak. Mine was really squeaky until I un-tightened the screw slightly. It cured all of my squeakyness! If it feels loose you can always try tightening the screw. Hope this helps :)

Maybe your using the wrong screw driver. I used one from my mobile phone tool set. Was really easy to turn.

Pretty sure I was using the right one. If they do except a return what do I need to do to my Vita to keep my stuff? I heard something about uninstalling games to play it on another vita?

Well I don't understand why you couldn't get your screw to move as its a normal screw. Everyone else who has tried this hasn't had any problems when using the correct tool. Oh well.....
