Does anyone else want to see a new legacy of kain game? I freakin would. just thought I'd throw it out there.

As much as I would love to see a new chapter in the legacy of kain series, I don't see one being released any time soon.
Damn, really?I will have to try them out then. Before this topic I actually forgot about the games so I guess I owe you a thanks.after I beat LOK: Defiance. I questioned my very own existance. That's just how compelling the story is:). "Free will is an illusion"

I'm glad to assist. lol
One of the best atmospheric games ever made. Never finished the 3rd one...Defiance. Anyone want to fill me in on the story plot/ending?DevilMightCryRaziel willingly allows himself to be killed by Kain and absorbs himself into the Soul Reaver. Kain then uses the Soul Reaver and uses it to kill the main bad guy (forget his name, the narrator guy). However, Raziel is doomed to repeat the cycle all over again until the end of time.

Exactly, I would even go as far to say that the superior storytelling in the Legacy of Kain series trumps that of the MGS series, no lie!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and I LOVE the MGS series)after I beat LOK: Defiance. I questioned my very own existance. That's just how compelling the story is:). "Free will is an illusion"

So happy to see people who think like me :)
i thought i was the only 1 who felt that way.....i loved that soul reaver...& defiance was amazing....shapeshifting the environment it was a truely masterpiece...im so disappointed that they havent jumped on this all the way....if they do i hope they dont get all ratchet & clank lazy on us thoug...on speaking of eidos thos developers need to forget tomb raider and stick to what works...HELLO WAT THE H**l HAPPENED TO HITMAN....we need a new chapter in that series...if it isnt broke dont fix it...expand on it..we dont care about kane and lynch...i mean i understand that they have other ventures goin and all but i think that when ur transitionin to a new gen u should put ur fan based game out first to maintain then make the new games....imo of course
1,000,000 times yes. I think that Sony should have done all their franchise exclusives from the start, that would not only boost the selection but keep the fanbases that formed around the PS2.
LOK games were amazing back in the day, would only get better with the next gen graphics.
