Anybody that counts PS3 out already in it's short life span so far, just proves that society has attention spans of squirrels and are complete morons. Like they expect a killer library of 1000 games to magically appear on their laps.

The PAL launch is the main thing that comes to my mind when I think about the sales data. The system isn't even available worldwide yet! I don't really pay attention to the numbers though.

the PS3 isn't out by a longshot, hopefully they'll take the lead soon
with the anouncement of Home and finally ending the lawsuit with Immersion to get rumble back, the PS3 looks to have a great future... also... there will be at least 100 good games by the end of this year...
infact this is how sony was plannin it out sony knew they would be down in sales compared to xbox360, all be it its alot i donno the exact numbers and sony maybe wasnt expecting this much of a lead, nevertheless this was sony's plan they had a 5 year plan to take over and be in the lead and as of now its been what 5 months sonys got about 2 mill in sales thats about another 2.5ish left so around 4.5 to 5 mill by the end of the year although i expect it to be around 8ish seeing all the games that are gonna come out around fall so first year anywhere from 5 to 8 mill in sales thats not bad and than if they lower ps3 prices oh man skys the limit finally lookin good for ps3 again
