**Lets Speculate about MGS4's ending**

Hello everyone!!!

Yet another thread about MGS4, so as the title says lets speculate:

**Spoilers maybe**

I am 90% sure that snake WONT KILL HIMSELF, someone will kill him, but as a favor.. like Raiden will kill him because snake ask him too or Otacon..... Now that would be the saddest end of a game ever!!

What do you guys think?

kojima promised closure, so i predict closure with a bullet. i guess it wouldnt be surprising to have he player pull the trigger like in mgs3.

meh, im sure their will be plenty of cinematic deaths as well. plus killing snake would have way more emotional impact than killing big boss ever could have.

I think that snake would die halfway or almost near the end of his mission ..... then someone else will take over .....

I think the series will end with things getting out of the hand and the metal gears become the most common war craft around the world .... with mass destruction !!! ....

there will be no fox hound any more .... and its member will become more like private assissans ....

I also think that there will be no more carrier of th big boss's genes ... and the legend will end !!

ok, so snake kills himself? what for? not like they cant clone him after his death... or at least get his DNA structure...

plus there is liquids hand, who is the better clone (remember ocelot said that snake was the inferior clone at the end of MGS1), that's probably why ocelot took the hand. so that he can keep the Bosses DNA with him the whole time, or something like that :P

i'm still hoping to God that one of the flashbacks is when Snake chase Ocelot at the end of MGS2, that's probably what the shadow M flashback was all about (hope so)...

on to the ending, Raiden will die, thats a given I guess... there is even a scene where he was like giving his last breath...

Snake will die? hell yeah (i hope so at least), but how? im thinking more like Arnold in the Terminator 2 :)

1) Ocelot(Liquid) won't die.
2) The Patriots won't and cannot be stopped, they're too powerful and it's too late.
3) Snake and FOXHOUND will fail in completing the mission.
4) One of these people will die during the game(this explains the second grave in a different graveyard):
Raiden, Otacon, Campbell, Naomi, Meryl, Meil Ling, Drebin.
5) Snake might die but not by committing suicide.

2 main reasons how Snake might die:

a) According to Naomi, Snake's body is beginning to decay from the accelerated aging due to the old technology during the cloning process back in the early '70s. Naomi informs Snake that he has 6 months to live. Now will the story in the game be 6 monthss long?? Who knows.

b) FoxDie

other reasons:

a)Ocelot might kill him
b) Raiden might turn against him and finish him for some unknown reasons we'll find out in the game
c) A close friend of him(Otacon or Campbell) might be hired by Liquid to kill Snake.
d) SOP(Sons of The Patriots) might be used to take full control of Snake somehow.

In the end we will never be able to predict the exact ending of any Metal Gear Solid games when Kojima has a hand in it. It's quite impossible actually. He is one crazy dude.

Snak will die of aging afeter the games main events-

And there was 8 snake clones right? But only 3 lived, but maybe the other babies live and Liquid has recruted them.
And were it not supposed to be five different places? Maybe one of them is at each place and Snake has to kill them all to end his bloodline, but when he has done it he tries to kill himself but he can't and he will die of aging.

Play MGS: Portable Ops if you have a PSP. That continues the story started in Snake Eater. I don't see any reason to have another console sequel about Big Boss, his story has pretty much already been told.

I just have a very strong feeling Old Snake is really Big Boss. While it's very doubtful since some of the story has been shown in videos, but I just can't get the fact out of my head that Old Snake could really be Big Boss which means there could be a completely massive plot twist in the whole MGS series.gesi1223

But still doesn't change the fact that Big Boss is missing his right eye so it would be stupid if he returns with a missing left eye and a damn solid eye system to cover it up. Plus, Solid Snake isn't missing any eye so why would you say that's Big Boss anyway? And like he said, Big Boss is going to be in the game anyway.

After defeating the last boss in the game....he was rescued and as he was in the chopter going home, he smoke his last cigeratte and the cigeratte is drop and he died in the chopter......:cry: or maybe at the very end, he was defeated and someone is pointing a gun to his head and then end.
