Anyone can help me out over here ?
omfg. Life is not well distributed at all! I mean.... Lisbon doesn't even show, but you go to America you have like....14 different cities!! I mean come one!! Athens doesn't show too, and you have major holes in Africa.
Always the same, America above all. Getting tired....no.....I am tired of this.
It basically looks like the Wii's News Channel mixed with the F@H app.codezer0
I think it just overlays the folding client with the global weather and skimpy news.

Yea, and as another poster said, a rather sneaky way to get people to fold. I wouldn't mind if it were separate.guess its a region thing they do it one region at a time i guess, im in new york, and i just download it tis freaking awesome!!!JoKeR_421I live in New York and I did not see a prompt for Life.
Yay I got it now! Just had to wait till midnight...mrjonnyringo72
Somethings wrong there cuz I'm the OP and I'm in LA. Discovered from the west coast. Try again.
Just downloaded it. It's pretty slick, but a bit pointless. Does anyone know how to view the "live video feed" that LWP brags about? If I keep watching it long enough, maybe I'll see a car crash :P
Is it just me or does it seem like Life With Playstation takes up a lot of power. My fan kicked in right away and hasn't stopped until I exited out.
I like it. I don't see why some of you are saying it's a "sneaky" way of having people use Folding@Home. For one, Folding@Home exists to help in medical research and unless you're some nutball fundamentalist, who wouldn't be for that? Another is that it's always been known to be an integration with Folding@Home and it's a neat way to check out the news and weather (even though my city is not listed) while doing the Folding, especially since prior there really wasn't much to do while Folding.
It's called run it in the background as a pertinent process (opt-in) when you're not running a game. That way, you shouldn't need to run a client like how the ps3 did it before. And secondly, maybe I don't want a ps3 that howls like it's trying to become its own wind tunnel 24/7/365. And with the kind of power that a ps3 sucks down (especially the launch units), you definitely wouldn't want to see the electric bill for trying to do that the first time around. Must be fun not having to pay your own electric bills. :|Is it just me or does it seem like Life With Playstation takes up a lot of power.
