lincolns repeater fallout 3

ok so looking at all the guides over the internet the lincolns repeater should have 50 damage 100% conditon yes? i just found it and i got it out of its case from the museum and it only has 39 damage, how come? i havnt used it and is 100% condition =\

oh right, i didnt think that had anything to do with the damage of the weapon =P .. its only 50 so i guess that may be why =P

All I have to say is that was my favorite weapon in Fallout 3. I was lopping off heads with one bullet all the time. Love it!

What gun is that?, in the museum of technology?

I would advise youto get your small weapons skill right up to 100.

Has to do with one of your skills.

I have not played Fallout 3 since I beat it.
