List The Game(s) That You Think Are Actually Worth $60

Iused to buy a bunch of games when they first releasedand be broke soon afterwards then a little bit after that...........DISAPPOINTED!

yesterday I was in the store looking for a game to pick up and play for when I get off work because I have not purchased a game in a while but instaed have been renting because I know its a cheap way to avoid the disappointment if the game blows. Developers should really reconsider the price for these

The only game I can think of off the top of my head right now that I believe is worth $60 is Gran Turismo 5 due to to the time they have been putting into this game to make sure the customers areguaranteed with the satisfaction of "getting their money's worth"

As long as I game provides me with fun and enjoyment than the $60 is worth it to me. I try not to dwell on prices and just focus on enjoying the game

GTAIV, Fallout 3, Oblivion, FFXIII, Uncharted 2, Little Big Planet. These are the only games that have given me well over 100+ hours of enjoyment.

Pretty much any game that gives me a good 10-15 hours of solid entertainment is worth $60 IMO.

im sure it won't do that

$60 + taxis a risky investment to me and it should be worth it. Thats why I never pay more than $40 for a new game also $54.99 is not a deal on a used game if you thought so

I too thought Oblivion:game of the year edition was worth full price that game offers so many countless hours of quality entertainment

Out of the 30+ game that i had own (because i sold lots of them), i never paid full price for a game, max i pay was 50$ and that was when god of war 3 came out, i had some rebates with a card for it, otherwise i pay max 40$ for new releases, 20-30$ for older titles. Games are wayyyyyyyyyy too expensive, i don't care how much money they have been using to make the game or how much time, no games is worth 59.99$ + taxes.jack00

i agree, and same here, i havent bought any games at full price for my ps3 so far, and i dont plan to...

Uncharted 2 & Demon's Souls were worth the full retail price when they were released.

I'll pay $60 for Crysis2 ,Black Op's & GT5 ( might be a excuse to get a Logitech G27).

Otherwise, nothing is tripping my trigger.

Games are so expensive because of the amount of time and work it takes to make these games. All of the content on these discs takes a couple of years and a few hundred people to make. Just something to keep in mind for those unaware.

There are too many game to list which are worth the full price.

I buy all mine used now, but I wouldn't have had a problem paying full price for RDR or Fallout 3 if that was my only option. They were excellent games.

Almost all of the games I own are worth the $60.

Metal Gear Solid 4

Borderlands (yes, i really do because i loved that game)

Oblivion, Assassin's Creed II, Metal Gear Solid 4, Mass Effect 2, Tales of Vesperia, Final Fantasy XIII, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and Disgaea 1/2 (on PSP) this gen.
I'm not a multiplayer type of person, btw.

All COD games because the MP adds lots of replay value and the campaigns although short are a blast to play through. Uncharted 2 because the coop, MP, and gorgeous campaign, Metal Gear Solid 4 because it's EPIC and I have played through it over five times, God of War for the same reason as MGS4, and Demon's Souls because I have invested 50 hours into it and I'm halfway done still on my first playthrough. Red Dead Redemption and Grand TheftAuto 4 because sanbox games offer lots of replay value especially with the addition of a MP component.This is a subjective question anyway, people see value differently and one person's reason may not make sense to another person.

its funny cuz the games i am gonna list i did not pay full price for. in fact out of the 40 games i own, ive only paid full price for maybe 3 of them. MGS4 &Uncharted2 i would easily pay double price for. just based on the hours of fun they have brought me and others.

but $60 isnt alot of money for a game that cost millions to make. there were a ton of ppl workin on it and they all needed to get paid too. if you feel youre "blowin" all your money on disappointing games, then maybe do more research before you purchase. i agree there are games that arent worth the full price, but there are plenty that are. choose more carefully and save yourself some cash as well as trips to trade in or rent.

UFC 2010 (you get a bluray movie and a great game), God of War 3 (short but sweet!!!), Fall Out 3, COD (because of the MP), NBA 2K10

I actually think most games I bought were worth the ~$80 I pay for them here in Switzerland

GT5 its worth more.... but It STILL think they should have sold it in parts via DLC.... THE LIST of what it has Kart, Off road, Narscar, .... its just too much... some people will not apricate all that it has to offer. I am hoping that it will incorprate via DLC
