LittleBigPlanet beta code (not working)

I recieved my LBP Beta code last night, but when I try to register it I just get the message "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid."

Anyone else had this and solved it? Anyone know why this is?

The only explanation I have is that the code is localized to the US, and I'm in Europe. But if that's the case, they should have mentioned that the codes were localized when they announced the contest.

You probably need to make a US account as the beta code is for US users. 2SmokinBarells

did you type it the same way the code was like lower case with high case letters?
