Littlebigplanet SD friendly?

Hi, I game on an SDTV (though im working to fix this, it may take a while) and Im wondering whether littlebigplanet was made with SD users in mind.

I mean, for example, COD4, is SD friendly, meaning it has an automatic 4:3 mode when playing on an sdtv and the fonts are big and clear enough for us. Resistance: FOM, Guitar Hero 3, GTA4, Warhawk, R&C:ToD and Motorstorm 1 are all fine.

HOWEVER! Burnout Paradise, is not an SD friendly game, meaning if your running 4:3, the game will be framed by huge black borders at the top and bottom of the picture, forcing it into a 16:9 format; and though fonts may be crisp, they are now not at all big enough to see.Battlfield Bad Company, MGS4, Guitar Hero World Tour, Motorstorm Pacific Rift are all bad games for SD.

I ask this because with all the edit tools and small necessary details in LBP are not any good if you cant see them. I suppose I could ask the same about Resistance 2, is that SD friendly?

I'm sure LBP is SD friendly, but even if it wasn't you should still get it since you're planning on an HDTV anyway.

so does anyone play LBP on an SDTV? Does it have the black borders on the top and bottom of the screen?Rigour_Mortise

yah i play it on an SDTV but mine is a high end sdtv but i gues its the same! um yah the black bars are there. it is irritating. the graphics arent as smooth... but its def playable. as for the creation. i have yet to encounter any problems. um yah gaming on SDTV is not all tht bad actually unless ur using a super old like round screened tv

but yah i do find it annoying to like brows internet and stuff... so lol i jus dont but yah other than tht! no problemo!
