My guess is that the best UGC from other region will be up for everyone to get evantually. We just can't get access to other region server, nothing stoping media molecule to transfert some of the best to the rest of the world
Oh gosh...thats going to suck. :( Is it just me or is this game letting people down more and more? First I heard that you might have to PAY for some user-generated content, now is region locked!? Canada better be creative, now I guess I will be missing out on some great creations from around the world...:cry:

The paying for user-generated content was said to be way off to even consider for a couple a years. They said they would support the creater in some ways (Free dlc possibly). The region lock...wow...They are kinda breaking there own words when they say "Play. Create. Share." since they sounds like a generalization, its more like "Play. Create. Sorta share."
I remember when the servers in Resistance were region locked and you could only play in your country, but then they patched it up and now you can play with the world.
Both statements are from Media Molecule. What I think is that it will have the Global sever so people can play together, but the UGC server will be region locked.
