Locked Save Data Help.

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my SFIV(not Super SFIV) data onto my USB but my system wont let me transfer the save files like it does other games. I looked around and saw that I could back up the file online and that doesn't seem to be working either. Can someone help me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Only way to move it is through a full system backup. Even then it'll only work on the same PS3 it was originally created on. The only way to move it and still be able to use it is through the Transfer Utility.

I hate locked save files. It seems that all the games out now lock there saves. I bought Sonic, Gran Turismo 5, Sly Collection and Tetris and they are locked except that GT5 omg listened to us and unlocked the save file.
