I have it. I'd say it's very good. Had a voice chat with my buddy and he said he heared me crystal clear. Infact, most of my friends that own a ps3 own this headset.
I also had a few online chit chats and they said they heard me clearly, even when they were coming out all broken.
Only downfall is that it looks dumb when you wear it lol. The piece that's supposed to stretch to yourmouth is a little short. And the ear muff piece comes loose. Friend told me it was incase your head is too big but to be honest, it looks horrid. It makes the ear muff piece wobbl. I just superglued it though.
