For me it would be Monster hunter freedom 1. I spent about maybe 60 hours on that game. And i spent 58 hours on FFVII CC.

Im on Hr 3 but i play a lot online. I never said i was done. Lol :)Of course, Monster Hunter Freedom series
Monster Hunter Freedom 2 - 400+ hours
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - 100+ hours and increasing today
Well the game I have spent the most hours on is Guild Wars with 5,628 hours. If you are acting what game took me the longest to finish and not counting hours after that, I would have to say FF7 with 100 hours.
FFVII
I racked up about 80 hours my first playthrough, that is, without searching out secrets and whatnot.
Second - OVER 9000th playthroughs have been substantially longer, in the 100-120 hr mark.
Recently, however, i'd say the longest game i've ever played would have to be FFTactics: WoTL, with a running total of 74 hours at the beginning of Chapter 4. I grind. A lot. And of course, i'm still not done, what with multiplayer and mastering each job class, as well as just finishing the damn game
I've logged countless hours on "NASCAR (2006)", "Reel Fishing: The Great Outdoors", and "Ace Combat X". :D
Probably Marvel Ultimate Alliance. That is if we're only talking about PSP games.

I have the Xbox version of that game... how do you like the PSP version, do you think it stands up to the bigger brother games in terms of story, gameplay, graphics, and unlockable characters, etc.? I mean, I know you liked it if you put in a lot of hours on it but I was wondering about your feelings on it as a viable "alternative" to the console version. I could dig having that game on the go, great "Baldur's Gate" feel but with the Mighty Marvel Bullpen. How cool is THAT?
:D

Well I haven't actually played the other versions, just the PSP one. But I have seen screen shots and graphics wise, the PSP version isn't the best-- falling below even the PS2 version. But I didn't exactly get it for the graphics, what I really got it for was the gameplay. And honestly it met my expectations. As far as I know it plays rather similar to the console counterparts with no lack of moves, attacks, items, characters and so forth. I believe all the levels are intact, nothing was removed for the PSP version and really the PSP version has characters not available on any of the other platforms. Being Black widow, Ronin, Hawkeye and Captain Marvel. (though I think Hawkeye is available for the Xbox360 version)
Bottom line, if graphics aren't a problem for you, which is not to say the graphics are that bad, and you don't mind some longer load times, you'll find great fun in this title. It's basically the same game but delivered to fit the PSP graphics capabilities. So yeah, I think it's an excellent alternative for a fan of the Marvel universe and a good Action RPG game.
Thanks much, Athens! I will keep my eye out for it at the re-sales! Graphics aren't as important as gameplay for me... and Hawkeye? Very cool! (I was an Avengers subscriber in the 80s :D )
Longest time to complete a game was around 60 Hours for Tales of Vesperia (w/o doing sidequests or costume/recipe collecting etc.)
But 350 hours for MHF2 (technically finished all quests at 200 hours)

I hope you can get your hands ona copy, their probably aren't that many nowadays. And you were subscriber to the Avengers comics? Wow that was a long time ago. :P
Lol Pokemon Sapphire.
If we're talking about any system, then Cod:4 (Story and 8th Prestige) and CoD:WaW (Story, I think 5th Prestige and lots of Nazi Zombie play time) On Xbox 360.
And when I played Marvel Alliance on my Xbox 360 (It came with the game) it was really boring and I had to use cheats to make it a little more fun and I think I still got Achievements?
