"really good" is subjective obviously, but I would say that Silent Hill Homecoming was darn good. And of course Siren: Blood Curse on the PSN. For a different experience you can also give Alone in the Dark: Inferno a shot. It lacks scares, but it makes up for that in some of it's unique gameplay mechanics unlike any I've seen before. It does have a hearty share of faults though. This generation is really lacking in survival horror... :(

Also there is Fear 2, it is not a survival horror game but it has a scary theme, same can be kinda said about Resident evil 5. Both great action games.
If you're not looking into current gen specifically, doom 3 is hands down my favorite survival horror game. Imo it's arguably one of the best. For this current gen dead space holds the throne IMO, but I'm sure you already got around to it since you said no dead space :P
As mentioned, condemned: criminal origins is a very scary and well done survival horror game. I didn't enjoy the 2nd one as much.
really guys siren, i've played the demo(yeah yeah i know its jus the demo but still) i though that game was per ***. i dont know.. theres nothing really that scary out for the ps3,,, silent hill home coming had one pretty creepy part to it( I THOUght anyways..) hmm bioshock was was kind of creepy. not the second one tho.
