people im sure have asked this question many times but i havent been on the ps3 forums because i own an xbox 360. i want to have both. how much would the 80 gig cost and what games and accesories should i get.
The 80gb will run you $500 (includes motorstorm). You should also buy a headset (assuming you don't already have one for your 360, or want one specifically for the PS3) and some Component cables, or HDMI (assuming you have an HDTV)

Get the PS3 for sure. I have a 360 and went out and bought the PS3 today. The sixaxis controller is amazing.
I got the 80Gb ($499.99)only because hubby has a crap load of PS2 gmes. Get an HDMI cable.. it runs about 28 bux at Walmart for a 3 foot cable.You get free PS3 online and thye graphics (after you get the HDMIcable) are breathtaking. Geta headset... and enjoy

P.S. Games.. depending on whatyou like.. if you like sword fighting game with chicks in next to nothing.. get Heavenly sword. You getabout 6 hours of game play but the game is amazing.
Ifyou like adventure games... get Uncharted Fortune.. It has shooting, climbing, tasks and puzzles. Kind of like thatsurvivor guy who tries to survive in the jungle.
Rainbow Six Vegas is a dang good shooting game. It will kick you ass in the begining.. but it a good one. Last buy not least... COD4.. cant go wrong with modern warfare...

PlayStation 3 Charge Link by Nyko (10 foot USB cable). Trust me. I love it. The 10 foot cable comes in handy. Nyko charge station Dualshock 3 if you can find them on-line (Japan sellers) Also get a USB flash card A 6ft HDMI cable from monoprice (only 7$) The Logitech Mediaboard is good to have too.
i used to have a ps2 and i loved it. i have about 60 games no joke. so thats why i was considering getting the 80 because i heard its backwards compatible
