They all do. All Sony first party games have been requiring them for a few years now, unfortunately.

Just Get PSN+. Uncharted 3 is free on there right now and you can buy PS All-Stars for $15 dollars. Can't beat that.

Uncharted 3 only has single player for PS+ and the free multiplayer stops at about level 15.
