I'm a lil sketchy on this game. The graphics are very well done but it looks like an Indigo Prophecy-esque kind of game. And that was a pretty average experience. High Hopes though =)

It looked like quicktime events. I'm glad they are innovating in storytelling, but I need a solid game with good GAMEPLAY to fully enjoy the story. If a game has a great story, but the gameplay is lackluster, I usually don't finish it.

Just me though.

I had very high hope's untill i saw the first gameplay scene's, i enjoyed Indigo Prophecy but it was not great and with what i saw heavey rain look's like more of the same.

When i first started playing Indigo i was amazed at the first scene's but as the game went on and the story died and the tedious gameplay got worse and worse, Indigo was a mixed bag of some great parts but allot of crap also, the first 1-2 "quick time events" where cool but when i realised most of the combat was going to be done this way i was dissapointed.

Heavy Rain was one of my most anticipated game's(and still is but im just hoping it's not all quick time event's) i enjoyed IP"ish" and thought with the right time/budget this dev teamcould create something amazing then i saw the first piece's of gameplay and those quick time event's popped up and i nearly cried.

I still have very high hope's for HR i just hope there's some actual gameplay combat and it's not all done in quick time button prompt's.

Will be keeping my eye's on it, graphics are beautiful though.

I think it will be. Indigo Prophecy was a pretty enthralling game even though it's mechanics were completely different from everything else out there. I have faith. I don't think they're a company that wants to rush any product through the gates.

It definitely has piqued my interest.
