got my ps3 last night and i think it is a sweet bit of kit cant wait to see whats going to be out for it in 1 year it will be top notch. The only thing thats bad (for me) is i am so used to playing fps games with a mouse and keys i find rfom so hard with a pad, i think i am just not used to it lol. That is the only thing thats up lol :D (dont get all this bashing game consoles are all made for us love and enjoy whatever you have peece:))
Hheheh I have to support a post that bashes console bashing .... Anyway, Yah the lineup for this year looks good for PS3 (and the 360, and sorta the Wii too). Just got Motorstorm yesterday and its a blast. Lair, heavenly sword, Killzone, Warhawk, Ratchet and Clank and all the others will keep my bank account low ;).
Yep, I went the same direction, kinda tired of pouring money into my PC...though I do miss the mouse and keyboard, most console FPSs have a subtle auto-aim that bridges the gap.

Congrats on getting it. It doesn't take much time to get use to the controls in resistance. I personally love the controls and the aiming seems great to me but I never play computer games so it might take a little longer for you but you'll get it fast.

just get the Frag Fx oprical mouse controler for the PS3 thats comign out next month, its made by splitfish
