Should I add anything to it?

Reason why you went with a plasma, or LCD, instead of a newer rear projection? It seems small way back on the wall and you had all that space to fit a new projection. TimothyB
i use plasma for gaming because plasma tv's have more colors, more contrast, darker blacks, and no motion blur.
Looks good except for the wires all over the place and the lack of doilies. I personally went with the 65" Sony rear-projection because I sit a good 10 feet from the television.

I though in recent years the contrast for plasmas were not as good as they were made out to be, and all that 10,000:1 contrast was just plain dynamic contrast? Are you sure about blacks, In recent times newer rear projections like Sony's SXRD XBRs have great blacks. And their response is good enough. I'd have to research though, as I only looked into rear projections for my purchase. But I heard people complain about blacks on both LCDs and PLasmas compared to a good rear projection.
What do the blacks look like on a all black screen in total darkness with yours?

yeah i know, plasma rocks! ^^
is the big black thing right of the PS3 your amplifier?
you should put it away from the PS3 : it delivers lote of heat and it emits magnetic energy that can wipe out your HDD ... !!!
It looks good. I am fixing to get a new TV. I have a Samsung DLP right now. I am planning on getting a 46 in Sony XBR4. They come out in August. They have 120hz(finally a TV that supports the 24hz option on the PS3 for Blurays), 4ms, and really good contrast ratio. I can't wait.
MY NEW TV IN AUGUST
I just got my PS3 last night so have to take new pics. But here are some quick pics. And the power cable is sticking out because im waiting on the HDMI cable I orderedbefore imove the entertainment center. :)
Here's my new tv (as a tip, images 600 pixels across work best in the forum):
Setup:
TV:
New Toshiba 65inch DLP 1080p 65hm167 Rear Projection. Snazzy thin edges around the screen. Very short short base. This 65inch actually takes up less space than my last "55inch" Sony that had those Dumbo ears. Blacks incredibly better than the previous LCD Rear Projection. 3 HDMI inputs. Only paid $1750, shipped, NO TAXES, from OneCall.com Memorial Day sale. Considering the size, this thing is amazing compared to a 42inch or so 1080p comparable LCD for that price.
Speakers:
From AV123.com, a internet direct speaker company. They cutout advertising and dealers to sell directly online to you for a cheaper price. Making something comparable at stores a lot more.
Center is a huge 46lb behemoth, two 6.5" woofers, a 4" midrange and tweeter, reachs as low as 44hz. Held up on a tv wall mount stand above the tv.
Mains are their RS450, I had RS750s but lent them out after I won these in a raffle since I like their sound despite having two less woofers. 70lbs each, two 5.25" mid woofers each, reaches as low as 38hz.
Rears are their RSS300 dipole type surround speakers, 22lbs each, two 5.25" woofers, goes down to 60hz.
Subwoofers:
First sub is another AV123 product, their UFW-12. A 12inch "Sealed" sub. Weighs 137lbs, 1000watts. Respones is low as 20hz. Being sealed it's got nice tighter bass, but doesn't go real real low and shake things as much as a ported sub, and no boomy sound to it. Came with a 5 band digital equalizer box, and the sub has a 1 band equalizer on the back of it,
2nd sub, a Klipsh Synergy 12inch Sub-12 that I got open box recently for $299. Felt I needed a ported sub for theaters. I've used the digital equalizer box to blend the two subs togethor nicely.
Equipment:
Harmaon Karond AVR-435. Monster Power MKII HTS-3500, both bought at OneCall too. Yahama 5 disc DVD progressive player with DVD-Audio and Super Audio CD. Toshiba HD-DVD HD-A1 player. Then of course a PS3 and Wii, while the 360 is in the other room. HDMI cables bought from monoprice.com
Extra:
Behind the tv is an Ideal-Lumne bias light for $50. It's a white flourecent light in the 6500k color temp. Adjust the output to put a nice glow behind the tv that's 10% of the brightest output of the tv lets you watch in total darkness without eye strain from your eyes adjusting, better color thanks to the color temp, helps blacks seem darker, and no reflection or glare since it's behind the tv.
THERE IS ONLY ONE THING YOU NEED TO ADD...a Dr. Pepper instead of pepsi. Everything else looks great.CosmoKing7717I was just going to say the same thing! It's a small world.
Is that another giant tv on the left? I'm talking about that thing that has the really unstylish men in black picture on it.
