Madden 09 (will u buy question)

if madden 09 is 30fps like 07 and 06 thus making it inferior to the 360's madden yetagain, will you still buy.... Only answer if you actually like playing madden.

$#@# NO!!! Ive bought my first and last madden game with 08. same engine as 07. its sucks IMO. In fact soon as i get the chance im selling.

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed in this years Madden for the PS3. I only just bought it this week, finally caved in after holding off after the bad reviews, and find it extremely tedious to play. I'm not sure if it's a frame-rate thing, or not, but the game plays incredibly "jerky". I haven't played Madden on the 360 yet, so I don't know if it's just the PS3 version or Madden as a whole this year, but if Madden doesn't play better next year I will not buy it, no. Of course, I may have a 360 by then anyways... I'll probably just get it for which ever system reviewers seem to prefer.tyba1982

No, thats how the game is in general....its because of the engine they used. It sucks. Downside to this is you have less control over the flow of the game just so they can put in more realistic animation in a crappy way. Reminds of what they did with Live 06 and 07 on PS2.

Well it sounds like many of you are upset with this year's Madden. I was excited about it when I purchased it. But, it just didn't feel right after a few games under my belt. I haven't played it in a while and I almost feel like I threw away $60.

Unlike many of you, I don't have a problem buying a football game with fake players and teams. Many of you are stuck on the NFL and their players that you accept Madden for it's mediocirty since it's the only game out with real players. So all you can do it eat it and complain. I don't understand why you would buy it every single year and get screwed over when you have the power to tell EA that enough is enough.

That is why I have my eye on the upcoming game "Backbreaker". Yes, it will have fake players but if the gameplay and physicsis as realistic to the real game of football, it will be $60 well spent.

I only bought this year's Madden because it was my first next-gen version of Madden.It was fun at first but there were things EA advertised about the game that I have yet to see or perform for myself.

So to answer the question... No. I am not even sure about APF 2K9 either.
