Madden 10 and 11 VS Backbreaker?

I have been playing madden every single year since the N64 days... I have always wanted a game to compete with madden because I felt madden started to get Lazy... After madden 06 all the games started to go downhill (this years is not that bad) but no other football game comes close... With that being said I have heard a lot of good things about backbreakers and I was wondering if you guys think this game could compete with madden or is it another attempt that will fall flat just like (blitz, nfl 2k, NFL Legends and so on...) I like the fact that you will never see the same tackle more than once, but I hate the fact that madden owns all the team names and players... To bad they can't have a madden style gameplay with back breaker tackling... But anyway what is ur take on it??

and if neone wants to see me in madden I am untouchable... 83-17 and 6 of those 17 losses I lost connection...and 2 of them I had to go so I had to quiet...

i didnt think the nfl 2k series was a failure. i thought 2k5 was just as good, or better than madden 05. it would have been interesting to see the way the 2k series would have evolved. but we never got the chance to, because ea bought the nfl license

EA's exclusive rights contract with the NFL is going to expire in 2012. Don't know if they'll renew it.

if backbreaker is something like blitz then i might think about picking it up

This is why no other football game can see Madden, I wouldn't want to play a game thats not some what real.
