MAG help!

I'm enjoying MAG so far, but because of the limitations of character creation, I've restarted a few times. Right now I'm a level 3 sniper, but my specialty still shows up as rapid assault. How can I change it to sniper?

There is no need to change your specialty. I have a lvl 40 'sniper', but only because I wanted to have everything I need in case I come into a game that has a lot of snipers. I otherwise play my LMG, and have almost max points into that, but my specialty still shows up as a sniper.

Is there any way to do it, though? I don't remember ever choosing a specialty.
