Thank you. Sony just said they had an announcement, they never said it was major. I had this arguement yesterday.

They were calling it a PS3 announcement. Which is false and they need to be slapped silly for it.

What did you honestly expect? When was the last time an announcement was hyped as being big or major and it actually was something big? Mostly it's something we've known was coming, or something small and stupid.

Sony just said they had an anouncement.... not a major, amazing, big, huge.... U guys are the ones who are saying that

PS2 has some amazing games, and I'm super happy for the people who can now afford the sytem.

Sony never said a major annoucement. The gaming press hyped it up, as did others who instantly assumed it was a PS3 price drop or a 2.70 firmware annoucement. I understand WHY people thought that, but you have to try not to hype this up. If people hype things like this, they may end up dissapointed.

Sony didn't fail, you did. You, the people who get charged up over rumors. See, when you get pumped up over internet rumors, that's what happens. Sony never told you the mother of all announcements was coming, no, rather some internet sites did. What happened? :cry::evil::(:x:cry: happened.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get caught up in hype and excitement that is generated from internet sites who are saying what they're saying to increase traffic on their site.

Unless you hear Sony say that the mother of all announcements is coming, ignore it! Even then, keep your hype and excitement in check.
