I just got an update(it's GS's frontpage news), saying that both Sony and Nintendo will forbid AO-rated games(Xbox stated the same, no AO-rated games), the article states, there won't be any AO-rated games comming out on the consoles anymore.:(

"I hope for Sony that Hostel won't be coming in Bluray then.......otherwise i can clearly see some legal action comingfrom R* soon....."
lol, what would they sue for? It's Sonys system, its their right to decide what is and what isn't allowed.

The reason being is Hostel 2 is as bad as Manhunt 2 in terms of violence and Gore and to say a movie that shows real people acting out that level of violence etc is ok where as 3d characters that dont even look that real in a video game is not ok is showing double standards, you can't have one rule for one form of entertainment and one for another.. Rockstar shouldn't blame Sony or sue them as you say they have a right to say what goes on their system and it wasn't them that gave the ratings or banned the game, but Rockstar could go for the BBFC as they passed Hostel 2 but not Manhunt 2, and their laughable excuse that manhunt has no plot doesn't hold water maybe they should take another look at Hostel 2 because there is about as much plot in that as there is in Manhunt2.
