In wikipedia, It says characters like Juggernaut, Psylocke, Carnage are downloadable contents for PS3.

But I coudn't find where I to download, tried to search PS3 Store, but my searches didn't give any result.

Is there any way to get the characters?

they are all part of the character pack that is in the PSN, download from disc based games.
