Mass Effect Trilogy Edition [Regions Related]

I have played Mass Effect 3 which is a region 2 game on a region 2 PS3 (PAL). I have sold both Mas Effects on PS3 so that i can buy the Trilogy Edition. I do want to know if i bought the game from Amazon.com (US) will my multiplayer carry over or not? Or if i bought the game from amazon UK will it carry over or not?

Because i know that DLCs in the UK dont work on games from other region 2 countries. I do want to know if this applies to game saves too, and if by any chance the multiplayer sav works cross-region.
