I have NAT type 3 and I've tried multiplayer On Max Payne 3 a bunch of times. Out of all theose times, I've only found one other person. One. Is there any way to fix this?
1. Im not a tech junkie. What is DMZ, and how do I do it? 2. I played the single player and it was one of the best games I've ever played, so please shut up. :)
I tried the DMZ thing, didn't work. And this is the thing that blows my mind. My PS3 is connected directly to the internet port in my wall via ethernet, and I still have type 3 and I know that I should have type 1. Is my internet just crap or am I doing something wrong?

Nope, at my house. I kind of live out in the country, though. Wow, that does sound really weird then. I'd call your ISP and ask what's up. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to actually get someone from tech support that can help, but hopefully they can sort it out for ya.

oddly enough the story was still about 9 hours long which is rare for a game that got multi-fvcked..
