Does anyone know how to fix a memory stick off ebay that eventually corrupts every file i donno why but it does... some files still work. I bought it off ebay and its not scandisk or sony brand. its really wierd

stick with sony or other bigger name brands, the price for the hassles are not worth it

it doesnt have a brand name and just came in bubble packaging in the mail no other sort of brand packaging

well, the thing about buying memory sticks from ebay is that sometimes they are fake. In this case I would definitely say it is fake. So that would be the problem.

There is no way to fix it, its done for. I had the same problem with a 4gb memory stick I bought off ebay, in that anything after 1gb was corrupted. I sent it back and got a full refund and I've never bought another memory stick off ebay again, and never will. Go get the 4gb SanDisk Pro duo for $50 at Circuit City right now...its the best deal to ensure you're getting a valid card right now.
