I believe that offer expired a week or two ago.

The deal was, if you pre-order Mercs 2, you would receive a magazine, beanie, and in-game outfit (via email) for free.

You may still get this deal in stores, I don't know, but the advertisement isn't showing up on the Mercs 2 page on GameStop.com anymore, so it's likely over.

I'm most likely not going to get it.

And that makes zero sense.

It looks cheesy and trashy, but most of all it is trying way to hard to be "cool". The biker looking dude on the cover, with the tatoos, the cigar, the long beard with a braid etc. I don't care if it is open-world since that has been done to death (Grand Theft Auto, Assassin's Creed, Burnout Paradise, Saint's Row etc.) Also judging by the trailers, the story is bound to be cliched and mediorce and most of the fact that it doesn't have trophies of EVEN RUMBLE!!!!!!!!! makes it seem like the developers are lazy. So I am not going to drop $60 on a game that could have poor developer support and since it has online region locks and EA servers there is bound to be problems.Rich1631
