Mercenaries 2, Little Big Planet, or both

I was wondering who is gonna get Mercenaries 2, Little Big Planet, or both.

Im getting Mercs 2. I loved the first one, and the 2nd looks much better. LBP looks cool, but I wanna wait a bit to see how it works out community wise and see if people think its all that great. Mercenaries 2 has a proven formula that I love, so I know I'll be getting a great game.

I agree, Mercenaries 1 was overlooked and it turned out to be awesome. I hope Mercs 2 gets some attention.

I didn't like first Merc, so it would be stupid for me to get 2nd one.

Although... I didn't like MGS1 but started to like the series with 2nd.

Anyway, chances are I'd get LBP, but not Merc. 2

I didn't play the 1st Mercenaries game but this one looks insane...

I watched about 10 minutes of gameplay that was at E3 and it looked like non-stop action...

The graphics weren't that great but the gameplay was off the charts...

Little Big Planet looks really different and the graphics are pretty amazing...

I can only imagine what kind of levels myself and other people will create...

Mercenaries is a sandbox 3p shooter with destructible environments. What's not to love? I liked the first one a lot, the second will be even better.

LBP is just a monster, it could be one of the coolest and most unique games ever. If I had to pick one I would go with LBP because it's so new and fresh, but luckily we live in a world where I can buy everything I want.

That's not a good reason. Get pumped about calling in insanely explosive artillery and airstrikes as well as radio-ing in drop shipments that contain things such as a jeep and a bunch of guns. Get pumped about destructible environments being blown to smithereens by said artillery/airstrikes/etc in spectacular fashion. Get pumped about the new colorful Venezuelan environments. Mercs 2 will rock, no doubt about it.

haha the only thing i don't like about merc 2, is that this one is in my country hahaha. but that's also really cool, and it will be multiplayer this time.

Ok I voted for LBP, but after seeing this video (it's not a game I kept up with), I must say I may have to get both. That is great and it just looks like a lot of fun to be had, plus there are many features, (online and offline co-op). Definately a game to look out for.

Yeah it does look pretty promising but a red faction 3 game is not going to release

til around 2009, so its going to be a long while until then, im getting mercenaries 2 - day one :D

Mercenaries 2 will kick ass. LittleBigPlanet looks liek just plain fun.

I loved Mercs 1, and personally all i thought it needed was better graphics and more small arms and it seems like they're delivering on both. I'm pretty psyched for it though i can't remember the last time i preordered a game. As for LBP I haven't read much about it because it doesn't seem that appealing to me at this point in time. I'm completely willing though and almost always try games once before i form a true opinion about them. No more buying games without doing my "homework".
