how do I kill vamp at end of act 4 ive tried cqc and syringe but everytime I grab vamp it throws him on ground do i need to be kneeled down to grab him somethings not right
First Equip any weapon And Kill him. He will obviously resurrect as he wakes up immediately unequip your weapon, stand near to him, and finally keep holding R1 to grab him and give him the syringe with the triangle Button.
(Make Sure You don't move the left analog stick as you grab him. This will lead to throwing him to the ground)
this infuriated me til no end as well. i actually watched it on youtube to get it right. once he goes down immediately unequip wutever gun u were using. get behind him. when he rises hold down R1. the bottom of the screen will prompt u to hit triangle. once u do so it transitions to a cut scene and YOUR fight with vamp is done.

This was by far one of the most annoying boss battles I have ever had to do.
Shame though, vamp was a pretty cool character to watch fight, almost a shame to kill him...

Yea... I'll second that, about being annoyed. This battle really pissed me off the first time around. I kept getting knocked down the instant I'd get anywhere near him to perform a CQC grab. Angry gamer... Guilty as charged.
