Metal Gear Question...

Should I get mgs2 Sons of Liberty and mgs3 snake eater or mgs2 substance and mgs3 substinence? What are the differences between them? I never had a ps2 and now I own a ps3 ,it would be cool to play this 2 games because msg4 is just around the corner.

The Sub versions come with extras and stuff. You should realy play MGS1,2,3 before going into 4. The MGS games arn't just games you can jump into like Halo. You realy need to now the story very well form all the games or you won't know what the hell is happening.
