YO..I'm at the part where you fight her the second time. The problem is, is that I have NO meds to steady my aim and this part is taking forever. Does anybody have any suggestions? Does smoking cigarettes calm the scope down? Thanks in advance.

If you don't want to kill her using your PSG-1 sniper rifle, there is another way you could achieve that. Use your NIKITA remote control missile.

Haha I didn't know that. I died soo many times on that fight.
From what I heard...the cigs help. I've never used them becaue they are bad for your health (double meaning! GASP). although this is a first time I've heard about using the Nikita missiles...wish I thought of that

You mean the fist fight? If so just keep moving and keep the combos short. Learn his paterns and how he reacts to your combos. Also when he kneels down make sure you have room to dodge him.

If you mean after the pilot seat opens, just keep roaming far from him and throw chaff grenades to destroy his missiles then shoot a stinger. repeat that and you're good to go!
Yea I meant after the pilot seat opens up, liqiuid dont wanna give up! btw the nikita is the right way to beat wolf, once you lead the missile to the rocks, take the missile where its steep and the missile will climp up on its own and then find wolf and BAM!!

Yes, the cigarettes help.
The Nikita works, you just need to learn how to control the missile after firing it. You can avoid rocks entirely (and it can go up the hill on both sides).
Likewise, on the second playthrough, the Stinger works on the first battle with Sniper Wolf.

That part is the easiest!
Once the pilot seat opens, keep behind/almost directly underneath Metal Gear. Liquid will occasionally stop, when he does, pull up the Stinger and shoot almost straight up. Just watch you don't get stepped on. You usually only have time for one shot when he pauses. So take your time, and you can avoid getting touched even once.
^^^ Man I couldnt go behind him once, the metal gear was too quick it would turn around again and again, but somehow I got really quick with the stringer after lots of practice and beat the whole game last night. now its on to MGS2!!
Like everyone else has mentioned, just use the Nikita missile launcher. Run over the the far right and hide behind the rocks while firing missiles over to her.
Dude when the match starts run as far right as you can, there a thing I think theres some ammo there or something, you'll know it when you get there because its one of the only places on the map where wolf can't snipe you. Whip out your nikita missiles and launche them in first person. (triangle after they been fired) theres a square on the map that is Sniper Wolf, aim the missile over one of the two ramps that let you up onto the kind of raised area she's on, hit her, rinse and repeat. Job done ;)
i just kept using them electronic interference grenades but then again its been a long time so i could be wrong. Now i got a hard itch to go play the game T_T
If you get the edge on Sniper Wolf you should be able to keep her down with your psg-1 without any meds and without pentazemin, but I suppose if you can't do that, use the Nikita Launcher like everyone says.
And when the cockpit is open use stun grenades, that's what I did.
