Well, probably. Raiden got "what he thought" was Big Boss' body probably before the events of MGS4. Went and got it for Eva (Big Momma)

the game will revolve around Big boss as Denji mentioned. all we know SPOILERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR is that before the MGS4 raiden was on a mission to find sunny, used big momma for help in return for helping them find big bosses body. but raiden screwed up and got the wrong body..wooops lol
